Applicants must be - Reliable to show up for work, committed to the dates and times of the tour that you could be hired for, in some cases memorize a script, have a good sense of professionalism in conduct and appearance, able to lead and speak to groups, and you should have a basic knowledge in Abraham Lincoln history. Experience is helpful, but not necessary. Applicants to be hired will be contracted as independent contractors and agree to sign a written contract.
